The “weekly schedule” consists of writing down all the tasks carried out throughout the week. It allows you to see the different missions accomplished and the work carried out during the past week. It allows careful organization of the work to be done.
The “notepad” allows you to write down things to do in the order you want, which gives you a feeling of having completed your work! The “to do list” must be short and concise so that you can find your way around it. We can also classify things to do in order of importance or urgency.
